Fresh Flowers

On the weekend I put in an extremely late night order for next day delivery, choosing the Lemon Drizzle hatbox flowers as a thank you gift for a friend.

I live in Leeds, so I was a bit pensive that the order had been picked and would be delivered OK. There was no need, Kim has been fabulous, she took photos of where she left them and went to lengths to let me know and also asked me to confirm my friend had got them OK. Couldn’t recommend her services enough, beautiful flowers, super efficient delivery and communication reinforces why everyone should support small local businesses whenever they can.

My friends response when she arrived home to find them “I’ve just got home and found the most stunning pot of flowers outside my door. It made me cry, thank you so much”

I rang on Saturday at 12pm to organise delivery of some flowers. Kim was so helpful on the phone and was so pleasant to deal with also. Delivery was done by 2pm that day – and the flowers were beautiful. Great service!! I would highly recommend

I ordered the calla lily & rose funeral spray & I have to say how stunning it was. This lady certainly knows about flowers & how to arrange them. Would def use her again without a doubt!

Kim made & delivered a beautiful handbag arrangement for our friend. I spoke to Kim on Sunday to let her know that we wanted an arrangement with daffs in (recipients favourite flowers) and this was delivered the next day.

We have used Kim many times for our flower gifts and funeral arrangements and we cannot recommend her enough!

Best advice when sending flowers to someone special….don’t use the online factory option, use a real floral artist …so happy I found Kim e Fluer, three years of joy to all my loved ones who are so far away, Kim made my family feel like I personally delivered it <3

Have been using Kim for years, nothing is too much trouble, even out of hours. A highly Professional service, the quality of the flowers are always outstanding. Kim is such a talented florist with vision and flare and an eye for detail.

Kim was amazing – found her randomly on Google. She was so accommodating and worked her magic for a lovely bouquet needed today! It was delivered within 2 hours of me ordering. The birthday girl loved the “Hat Box’ bouquet with the diamond pin which Kim had added (at no extra cost) to one of the roses. She added a real birthday card – not one of those silly little 2 inch cards, but a full card. I would recommend Kim’s florists for all your floral requirements – she is a star and lovely as well. I ordered flowers fom Kim by telephone at about half 9, by 3pm the same day my friend who was feeling really down was smiling and starting to feel better! This is the magic of Kim and her stunning flowers. Being so far apart from my friend is hard but Kim’s helped me choose just the right bouquet. From start to finish this was an amazing service.I would highly recommended.

My sister-in-law had some beautiful flowers delivered in a Vintage hat box for her birthday, I was so impressed with them I noted the details and contacted Kim to ask her to do a couple of arrangements for me for Mothers day. I chatted to Kim on the phone about what to have and she suggested that she had some lovely ceramic pots and could do an arrangement in them. They were hand delivered on Sunday morning, Kim said she would sort her delivery route so that the flowers were delivered at a time that suited me. The flowers were beautiful and the ceramic pots were stunning. So nice in fact i have asked Kim to make one for me. I would give Kim 10 stars if that was an option. My Mum was over the moon so I am a very happy customer indeed and I will 100% use Kim again.

Ordered 2 arrangements for local delivery, both recipient’s loved the flowers. I’d requested delivery after a certain time as they were a thank you for being at an event and Kim acknowledged this and delivered appropriately.

I placed my order on Saturday morning and it was delivered quickly the same day. I thought I’d put Id put in the right house number but then got a call from Kim saying the people at the house said the flowers were not for them. Kim went through checking different things and suggested using Google maps to find the house. I found the house and she took the flowers and delivered. Others would probably not have called but sent an email saying failed to deliver. I received a surprise birthday bouquet of flowers from Kim-e-Fleurs in December. They were presented in the most gorgeous arrangement, smelt absolutely lovely and lasted for a long time. I look forward to sending a few of her arrangements as gifts over the next few months.

Bought a beautiful bouquet for Christmas for my mum. Everything was so simple online. It didn’t take long to select something and complete the order. Mum loved the flowers and delivery was fast. Very happy with the service.

Kim arranged flowers at short notice for my daughter’s wedding. She took on board our requests and tweaked them to create amazing flower arrangements, wedding bouquet and table vases at the venue. Had our wedding flowers done by kim-e-fleurs several years ago there were beyond beautiful and the price was very reasonable to. We won’t go any where else for our flowers regardless of occasion. Just collected some flowers for mums birthday and they are absolutely stunning some of the flowers had little jewels in and some had mini pearls set in them. This attention to detail is what makes us use them over and over. Five star service, five star customer service, five star attention to detail & care & five star for the price always reasonable. Very greatful for a small business that looks after the people in need of there service weather it be for birthdays, Mother’s Day, weddings or unfortunately for us as of late funerals.
